Customer journey

Registration

The customer registers by identifying themselves with BankID. If the customer is visiting Sweden, registration can instead be done with mobile number and payment card.

Booking

The customer selects a resource (e.g. premises, equipment or vehicle) and books it for a specific date and time.

Payment

The customer makes the payment using their preferred payment method, such as card, Swish, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Access to

After the payment is confirmed, a digital key is generated. The key is linked to the customer and used to access the booked resource by either scanning a QR code at the door or via mobile location services.
